Thank you for giving Bel
Meadow Golf Club the opportunity to host your upcoming event.
Here you will find information about our banquet facilities and list of
menu selections that are currently available. Below you will
find a list of answers to the most commonly asked questions.

We require a $300.00 deposit
to reserve the date for your event. A second deposit is due
two weeks before the event, with final payment due the day before the event.
The confirmed number of guests is due three days before the event.

Our staff is happy to host
a served buffet, or sit down dinner for your event and we can provide and
serve all food and drink selections.

We can provide a fully stocked
open or cash bar.

Banquets can last up to five
hours without incurring a room charge.

We allow the quests to enter
the facility the morning of the event to decorate.

We have table decorations
available for a small rental fee of $25.00.

For weddings, we will cut
and serve the wedding cake for no additional fee. In addition,
the wedding party is allowed to bring in mints, nuts and cookies.
We will plate and refill all cookies, nuts and mints for a $20.00 handling
fee.

We request that all D.J.'s
and bands set up at least two hours prior to the guests arrival.
We do not allow the use of fog machines in our facility.
